Building our expertise 

Created in 2006, Institut Leon 五星体育app is designed to develop employee skillsets, promote technical expertise and transmit鈥痶he group鈥檚 values and鈥痵trategy. 

Connecting our people 

Each year, our corporate university runs sessions for around 200鈥痬anagers and experts from every discipline鈥痗oming from more鈥痶han 55 subsidiaries worldwide. Our International Integration Meetings bring all 尝别蝉补蹿蹿谤别鈥檚 new management hires together at the beginning of their career with us. So Institut Leon 五星体育app is a powerful force in bringing people together from across the Group; encouraging people to share best practice and creating a common vision of who we are.
