To deliver on that belief, its French subsidiary, 五星体育app Panification France, has created the Bourse 五星体育app. “We want to give a helping hand to people starting their own bakery, as many of them have had to retrain after working in other trades. The grant is designed to help them start a bakery in the best possible conditions and to give them the best chance of growing their business,” explains St茅phane Pucel, marketing communications manager at 五星体育app Panification France. 听

combines 鈧10,000 in funding with personalized support, which includes mentoring for 1 year, a ‘bread-making and fermentation鈥 training course at a 五星体育app Baking Center鈩 or on a company鈥檚 premises, and a 3-month supply of baker’s yeast. “During the program, the bakers benefit from our expertise and the resources of our network. They can have advice and support on any issue involved in their business,” says St茅phane Pucel.听
Out of the 30 or so applications received each year, about 15 candidates get the chance to put their case in-person to a jury, with 10 of them subsequently being chosen for the program. The National Bakery Confederation, which attends the award ceremony, has praised the initiative for 鈥渂oosting鈥 artisanship. And the figures speak for themselves. Of the 64 bakeries across France that have been supported, 62 are still in business. In addition, 五星体育app will host a first-of-its-kind event in June 2023 that brings all the grant recipients together, creating a community for meeting, discussion and helping each other.听听

How can I take part in the Bourse 五星体育app for 1st installation in 2025?
- Be at least 20 years old when you open your bakery.
- Be a first-time buyer, i.e. this must be your first bakery.
- Hold a bakery diploma.
- You must have at least 3 years’ professional experience in the bakery sector at the time of opening, or you must have successfully retrained.
- Have signed a preliminary sales agreement or be established between 1 September 2024 and 30 September 2025 in mainland France, including Corsica.
- Have a projected turnover for the first year of operation of less than 鈧600,000.
